Moko

The thing about dogs is that no matter what they go through they always see the positive - something I witnessed with Moko.

You see, Moko has an autoimmune disease that affects his legs. While he gets around, walking is a bit more challenging for him than most dogs. And although walking isn't his strongest suit, his love and affection tops everything you could ask for in a dog.

I didn’t know it then, but these portraits would be the last he ever took. He crossed the rainbow bridge a few weeks ago and while it’s incredibly sad I’m so grateful his mom trusted me to photograph her darling baby.

I know she’s going to enjoy these portraits for a life time.
